Conditions of Sales
All LASA Electronics goods carry a 6 month, carry-in, warranty from the date of purchase and all installations of replacement front glass digitizers and LCD touch screens also carry a 6 month, carry-in, warranty. The goods are assumed to be received in good order after the purchase process is complete. Replacement of faulty goods will only be done within the valid guarantee or warranty.
All faulty goods returned for replacement shall take 3 working days for thorough testing, examination and evaluation. It will then be approved once the inspection process of the goods is complete.
All replaced parts will have the warranty continued from the date of original purchase and not from the date returned until the warranty has expired.
A 10% handling fee will not be charged to the customer for the replacement of incorrectly supplied goods but strictly within 7 days of purchase as per the date of the invoice issued.
A 10% handling fee will be charged if the goods are returned after 8 days. Inspection of the condition of the returned goods will be carried out immediately before replacement.
The returned goods shall not be defective in any way, still in the original, salable condition and packaging supplied by LASA Electronics and accompanied by the original tax invoice.
This warranty will no longer be valid and replacement will not be allowed, if: The goods returned have been damaged in any way whatsoever by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, theft or misapplication, etc. If the goods have been disassembled or modified without the express written authorisation from LASA Electronics; or if any LASA Electronics warranty sticker has been removed or damaged in any way.
All goods remain the property of LASA Electronics until such time as they have been fully paid for. The company reserves the right to use all available legal resources to have the goods returned if any amount due by the customer is unpaid. Interest will be accrued and charged on all overdue amounts still outstanding.
All shipping costs paid when we originally shipped the goods are non-refundable and we will not pay for the shipping costs of sending goods back for exchange or return delivery back to the customer unless there is irrefutable proof that the goods were incorrectly supplied by LASA Electronics due to negligence.
Please always think carefully before ordering an LED/LCD screen as there may be compatibility issues resulting in non-functional outcomes. The company will not be held responsible or liable for the cost incurred due to necessary exchange after the fact.
If your goods have been damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and inform us within 3 days of receiving the goods (the date that the waybill was signed will be declared the first day). Any damage report after three days will be considered to have been caused by the client.
There will be no exchanges allowed whatsoever after 15 days from the day of purchase as per the date reflected on the tax invoice.
Goods returned for refund will only be approved and refunded if all of the following conditions are met:
- LASA Electronics’ warranty sticker on the goods should not be removed, damaged or modified in any way without the express written permission of LASA Electronics.
- Three working days of examination of the returned goods will be taken to identify whether they are still in perfect working condition, without any damage caused by the customer or not before the refund will be approved. Refunds will be transferred accordingly into the designated account once examination has been completed.
- 80% of the purchase value of the product(s) will be qualified for refund if the goods are returned strictly within 7 days of the purchase as per the date reflected on the original tax invoice, provided the product(s) are still in their original, undamaged packaging.
- 70% of the purchase value of the product(s) will be qualified for refund if the goods are returned after 8 days but before 14 days after the purchase as per the date reflected on the original tax invoice, provided the product(s) are still in their original, undamaged packaging.
No refund will be approved if products are returned after 15 days from the date of purchase as per the date reflected on the original tax invoice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The date of purchase will be counted as the first day of purchase.
All refunds and exchanges will only be considered if the original invoice accompanies the return.
At LASA Electronics we strive to maintain the highest possible levels of accuracy concerning all relevant information on all of our compatible models, although we cannot guarantee a 100% error-free website. As a valued customer of LASA Electronics, if in any way whatsoever, you feel that a product offered by LASA Electronics is not what you have requested, please feel free to return it back to us, strictly in an unused condition and in its original packaging, and we will be more than happy to refund your purchase or replace the product if necessary.
Logos and Trademarks
The registered and/or unregistered logos and trademarks which are used or displayed on this website are from the suppliers or manufacturers of products and/or services offered for sale on this website and are the property of their respective owners.
Without prearranged, written permission from the logo and/or trademark owner, nothing contained within this website should be considered as granting any rights to use any logo and/or trademark used or displayed on the website.
E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted)
This will indemnify us against any simple mistakes on the website such as typing or capturing mistakes, incorrect prices or specs shown, etc.
Batteries mAh may vary +/- 20% from from the specifications stated. A lot of the batteries vary in mAh depending on the supplier and when we receive the stock, the older stock generally carries a higher stated mAh value. This is similar to what Coca-Cola did a few years ago, instead of increasing the price of the product they reduced the quantity supplied.
